Speaking during an interview with VG247, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag’s multiplayer team shed some light on the pirate-themed adventure’s performance on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Design head Tim Browne and director Damien Kieken told the site that next-generation versions of Black Flag boast obvious visual enhancements in comparison to their PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 counterpart.
However, Black Flag benefits from new hardware in more than just aesthetics.
“There are very specific next-gen features which we’re catering for as well, which you won’t have on current gen. Not just graphical improvements, but certain other things as well,” commented Kieken.
