Amazon has today launched their very own PlayStation Store, which will sell games for PlayStation 3, 4 and Vita. However, it has only launched in the U.S.
Live and kicking now, the store will give $5 back on select games and content and is a step forward for digital games since consoles have a monopoly on those unlike on PC.
While only available in North America, if you change your billing address to a U.S. one even if you do not reside there, you should still be able to enjoy its services.
Still, it’s a start so hopefully it won’t be too long before the store launches in other territories.
