Metal Gear Solid 5 street date broken in UAE

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is already on sale for PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 in the United Arab Emirates, according to reports on gaming forum NeoGAF (via VideoGamer).

Snapshots posted on the site clearly show the stealth-action readily available ahead of launch, with Xbox One-exclusive Titanfall also apparently available for purchase in the territory.

The PlayStation 4 version appears to be keeping a low profile until the game’s official release on March 21.

Konami recently confirmed that MGS5 will run at 1080p on PS4, while the Xbox One version clocks in at 720p. Creator Hideo Kojima has openly expressed his desire for consumers to try the PS4 version of the game.

Ground Zeroes is a prequel to the forthcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and takes place shortly after the events of MGS: Peace Walker. Set in an open world, the game tasks players with rescuing two prisoners from camp Omega using whatever means necessary.
