Jonathan Morin, the Creative Director on Watch Dogs, has said that the open world hacking title doesn’t max out the capabilities of the PlayStation 4.
Writing on Twitter (via dsogaming) Morin said that while Ubisoft is squeezing a fair amount of juice out of the machine, it’ll be a few years before they push it to the limit.
“We do push quite a lot but this is the very beginning of a generation...We will have years of fun with those.”
Elsewhere, he also teased the game’s AI, which is far more advanced than other contemporary titles.
“In other games they tend to d their job, investigate & fight....In WD they have more going on between invest/combat.”
Watch Dogs is due for release on May 27 for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC.
