Shahid Ahmad special edition PSU exclusive podcast incoming on the week Sony’s indie champion teases big things for PS4

Sony Computer Entertainment Senior Business Development Manager Shahid Ahmad has taken to Twitter to tease his followers about some of the exciting PlayStation-relating things he saw yesterday.

Shahid started off with a gentle tease, tweeting “I wish I could tell you what I saw today. But I can’t. I’m sorry.” After some probing from his followers, he then started to open up slightly, though still didn’t reveal exactly what he saw.

"BTW – what I saw today? Was so good, so good. Such a privilege. I’m a lucky sod."

"Oh man. It was soooo good."

"Enough teasing. You know PlayStation delivers, as do our partners. We’ll all keep the great games coming!"

As a champion of indie titles on PlayStation platforms, Shahid has been instrumental in bringing on new development talent on PS3, PS Vita and PS4. On the day he made the tease, he conducted a conference call to Spry Fox CEO and Road not Taken developer David Edery. Road Not Taken is a unique-looking puzzle game for PS4 and Vita that is due to launch later this year.

Yesterday, Shahid confessed to working for 18 hours, in which time it sounds like he saw a lot of stuff that PlayStation fans can look forward to. Though he’s not ready to spill the beans right just yet, we’ll be bringing up this Twitter conversation and a lot more with Shahid in an exclusive PlayStation podcast via our weekly PlayStation Unchained series on Monday where the man himself will be joining for a chat about all things PlayStation.

You can subscribe to PlayStation Unchained via iTunes, via podbean or look out for the podcast on the homepage on Monday.
