President and CEO Sony Computer Entertainment America Shawn Layden has confirmed that the much-anticipated service PlayStation TV will be launching in North America this fall.
Set for 99 dollars, the set-top box allows for a multitude services, ranging from allowing you to play your PS4 in different televisions in your house without moving the actual system, to being used in conjunction with PlayStation Now allowing the ability to play nearly 1000 games at launch (including games from the original PlayStation to current Vita titles).
A bundle of incredible value’s also been announced: priced at 139 dollars, the bundle includes the set-top box, a DualShock 4, a HDMI cable and voucher to redeem Lego The Movie on PS4. Also, Sony’s joined forces with Disney to launch Disney Infinity on PS TV and Vita early next year.
