New The Last of Us: Remastered info coming next week: first 1080p/60fps gameplay incoming?

PlayStation’s Australian arm has teased that new information pertaining to Naughty Dog’s upcoming The Last of Us: Remastered will drop next week.

Writing on Facebook, the company noted that while there is still “20 days to go” until the post-apocalyptic hit’s next-generation debut, “next week you’ll find out what we’ve got planned.”

Presumably, this means we’ll finally get a glimpse at the gritty action/adventure title running in full 1080p/60ps, which Naughty Dog has been trumpeting for the past couple of weeks on Twitter.

In the meantime, pop on over to the first PS4 screenshots of the game and see how it’s shaping up.

The Last of Us: Remastered will be unleashed in the U.S. on July 29 and in Europe on August 1. Stay tuned to PSU for our full verdict.
