Destiny players vanquish 3.7 billion enemies in beta

Bungie has unwrapped a tantalising new batch of stats for the recently-completed Destiny beta for your consumption.

According to the former Halo developer, beta participants cobbled together some 6.5 million Guardians, while concurrent players peaked at around 853,000. The crucible multiplayer, meanwhile, saw some 350 million Guardians kick the bucket.

What’s most amazing, however, is that 3.7 billion Fallen were slaughtered across Destiny’s Story, Strike, and Explore game modes.
