A screenshot leaked onto the web a couple of days ago hints at a possible comeback of PlayStation’s favorite bandicoot. If all seems legit, Crash could even make an appearance at E3 2015, which kicks off mid-June in Los Angeles.
The image, which first appeared on Reddit, shows the outline of Crash Bandicoot, along with the date ’24 November 2015′ and a phrase claiming that "He will rise again".
As a little added detail, the font seems to be similar to the font used in the games too.
Looking at the bottom left of the image, we see the logos of PS4 and PSVita, which could mean that the new Crash Bandicoot game will be available for both platforms.
Suspiciously enough, the image also includes the logo of Naughty Dog on the bottom right. The company, who recently developed the Uncharted series and The Last Of Us, and was the original developer of the first Crash Bandicoot games.
With Uncharted 4 incoming, it seems unlikely that Naughty Dog would have been working flat out on a new Crash Bandicoot game, so maybe we’re about to see a remastered collection? Or, it could be completely fake.
What do you think?
