The iDOLM@STER PS4 trailer shown at 10th anniversary concert

At the end of The iDOLM@STER 10th anniversary concert in Seibu Prince Dome near Tokyo, the first footage of the PS4 entry in the long-running idol management sim debuted.

The video opens with anime footage of 765 Productions idol Haruka Amami at a training camp while her colleagues Ritsuko Akizuki, Yayoi Takatsuki, and Miki Hoshii speak and then flashes the text "Finally, the stage moves to the PlayStation 4. PS4 The IDOLM@STER (tentative title)." The in-game footage showed improved character models and smoother animation.

At this point in time, the footage is not planned to be shown elsewhere or online. The iDOLM@STER producer Yōzō Sakagami explained the video was for fans to see the current state of the PS4 project.

Bandai Namco games additionally announced a Taiko Drum Master spin-off game The iDOLM@STER: Must Songs for the PlayStation Vita with two different versions set to release: Red Board and Blue Board.

So far the only iDOLM@STER games released in the West are the Apple iOS port of the PlayStation Portable rhythm game The IDOLM@STER Shiny Festa. The game is on sale for $7.99 (68% off the original $24.99) in honor of the 10th anniversary. There are 3 different versions (each with a unique set of idols): Harmonic Score, Melodic Disc, and Rhythmic Record.
