Original story
Looks like there’s a few issues today for PS4 gamers as not only is the PSN down, but EA servers are currently inaccessible too.
That doesn’t bode well for the launch of Battlefield 1, EA’s World War 1 shooter, which was released today.
Battlefield 1 server down
The Battlefield 1 beta didn’t have much luck either, with a DDoS attack bringing the game to its knees. There’s currently no news on whether EA are facing a similar hacking attempt.
Reports that the EA servers have been down began at around 2pm BST, though it could be relating overall to the issues with the PlayStation Network.
Stay tuned for updates.
