Konami Digital Entertainment announced today that its upcoming Metal Gear Online Gene Expansion will be released on July 17 for approximately EUR 9.99
The add-on will make available three new maps for players to battle on, a Survival Mode, in addition to adding Johnny and Meryl to the game’s roster of playable characters.
Konami’s European Brand Manager, Christopher Heck, commented, “Konami is committed to the evolution of Metal Gear Online, and this first expansion pack illustrates the ways the game can be enhanced with new stages, characters and modes.”
“The new update represents terrific value for money, and will be followed by additional add-ons in the coming months designed to keep Metal Gear Online fans enthralled with the new possibilities they will bring.”
