Toro is a familiar cat to many. After all, he’s Sony’s mascot in Japan. However, Toro has rarely if ever seen the light of day outside of the Land of the Rising Sun.
This all looks set to change, however, with news that Sony Computer Entertainment Asia is planning on localizing Minnya no Putter Golf in Chinese and English this December.
Minnya no Putter Golf is a cross between Hot Shots Golf Out of Bounds and Mini-putt. The title features Jasmine (HSG) and Toro as well as a homemade putt putt course for your enjoyment, making it a must have for any Hot Shots Golf fan.
Despite plans to localize this title in English, SCEA has passed on English titles in the past, so don’t be surprised if this game never sees the light of day in North America. However, we wouldn’t be upset if it did show up in a potential update. The title released for roughly USD 6 in Japan, so expect a similar price if it shows up Stateside.
