RPGs are like buses – you wait two years for one, then dozens of the wretched things pop up at once. Granted, the average bus ride doesn’t usually take fifty hours or more, but let’s not ruin a good opening gambit.
Japanese developer Global A has whipped the wrappers off Chuumon Shiyouze! Oretachi no Sekai, a tactics role-playing game with a lighthearted visual style reminiscent of the Tales series. It’s down for release in Japan on November 13.
Check out the website for some charming screenshots, concept art and a lot of Japanese text. There’s no word on whether the game will transit to the west.
