A Nielson study of 5,000 active gamers in North America has revealed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is the ‘most coveted’ title this holiday season.
The hotly-anticipated military shooter nabbed 27 percent of votes, beating out heavy hitters such as Gears of War 3 (19 percent) and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations (17 percent).
Other popular choices include Madden NFL12 (19 percent) and Batman: Arkham City (15 percent), with PlayStation-3 exclusive adventurer Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception bagging 9 percent of votes.
