Nintendo has let slip during a recent investor conference that Sony’s PlayStation 3 is currently leading hardware sales in Europe so far this year.
The Big N confirmed that PS3 has shifted in the region of 50,000 – 100,000 units per week in PAL regions in 2012 to date.
For comparison, 3DS comes in second place with estimated sales of 30,000 – 50,000 units, followed by Xbox 360.
It’s a different story across the pond though, with Microsoft’s black box still leading the pack followed by PS3 and 3DS.
