The Last of Us enhanced version coming to PS4 in summer, says PlayStation Turkey VP

An updated version of Naughty Dog’s smash hit, The Last of Us, complete with DLC and enhanced graphics may be hitting PlayStation 4 come summertime, if a CNN Turkey interview with PlayStation Turkey’s Vice President Sercan Sülün is anything to go by.

Spotted by the folk over at NeoGAF, the reveal comes after a CNN interviewer prompted Sülün about a possible sequel to 2013’s runaway success, to which he replied, "no, sequel is not coming right now as far as I know but I can say that first game will be released this summer for PS4 as a physical and digital copy, with enhanced graphics."

While the reveal may be straight from the horse’s mouth as it were, it’s still best to put this firmly in the rumor basket for now, until official confirmation arises. Nevertheless if proven true it’s fantastic news for gamers who haven’t had the chance to play one of last generation’s finest games.
