Long-delayed JRPG Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be making the transition to next-generation platforms, according to the latest Internet chatter.
NeoGAF user Verendus claims that Square Enix will be lifting the wraps off the elusive project later this year, bringing with it a name change and a 2014 release date.
Furthermore, the game is supposedly a PlayStation 4-exclusive, much how Versus XIII was pegged as PS3-only release.
Lastly, the user also reports that Final Fantasy 15 and 16 are in the works for next-gen systems.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII was unveiled at E3 2006 though details on the game since that time have been few and far between.
