Cyberpunk 2077 is ‘probably’ headed to PS4, Xbox One

The business development manager at CD Projekt Red has said that its RPG Cyberpunk 2077 is ‘most probably’ coming to next-generation consoles.

Speaking with Polygon (via GameSpot), Rafal Jaki said, “It most probably will be,” in regards to a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release of the title. “But we can’t confirm or deny because it’s too early for that.”

Currently, the game is only scheduled for release on PC, although it sounds like that is set to change.

In terms of the game’s development, Jaki confirmed that the project is progressing very well.

“It is going really, really well and the team is growing and the development…well, I don’t want to brag or anything, but really the stuff they’ve come up with is mind-blowing.”

In addition to its work on Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red is also beavering away on the fantasy-RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, due for release on PS4, PC and Xbox One in 2014.
