The Star Wars: Battlefront reboot for PS4, Xbox One and PC will be featured for the first time at a special Star Wars Celebration event at the Anaheim Convention Center in California in April.
Electronic Art’s revealed today that the upcoming action game will debut at some point during the show which takes place from April 16-19, 2015.
“We could not think of a better or more appropriate place to debut the game officially for the first time than the premier event that celebrates the Star Wars universe and the legions of fans who have fallen in love with it,” reads the official statement on EA’s Star Wars site.
Star Wars: Battlefront is under development by DICE Sweden and is expected to be released towards the end of 2015 to coincide with the movie launch of Star Wars: Episode VII.
Little is known about the game, though we do know it will run on Battlefield Hardline engine, ‘Frostbite Engine 3’ and will feature popular Star Wars locations including Hoth and Endor.
