Persona 5 will launch on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in North America on February 14, 2017, Atlus has announced.
Gamers will be able to pick up the game for Sony’s last-generation console for $49.99 or fork out $59.99 for the current-generation version. In addition, PS4 pre-order customers will also be able to grab a Steelbook edition of the game.
If that wasn’t enough, Atlus also confirmed an $89.99 "Take Your Heart" Collector’s Edition, which includes a Steelbook case, 4 inch Morgana toy, 64-page hardcover artbook, plus a full-size Shujin Academy replica school bag, game soundtrack, and a collectible box.
Pre-orders and first-print copies of the regular $59.99 release for PS4 will come packaged in a SteelBook Launch Edition.
Persona 5 hitting Japan in 2016 as series celebrates its 20th anniversary
While westerner will have to wait until early 2017 to get their hands on the game, Persona 5 will launch in Japan on September 15, 2016. Atlus announced the sequel back in 2013 and had originally intended to launch the game the following winter.
