A new leak regarding Discord being fully integrated with PS5 with voice chat has appeared, suggesting that we could very well be quite close to the announcement finally being revealed.
When Sony and Discord originally announced their collaboration, this is a step many players immediately hoped the two would get to.
The new leak comes from data-miners who’ve seen indication of voice chat coming to PlayStation in Discord’s code.
On top of that, a photo seems to have appeared on Reddit, showing a screencaps of what looks like voice chat integration on Discord’s mobile app.
Though this coming March still may or may not be the launch window, these leaks at least help reassure that it is happening, and ought to be ready quite soon.
Especially when considering that this is an area in which Sony are sitting behind Microsoft, as it’s already possible to us Discord voice chat through your Xbox console.
