Ace Combat: Assault Horizon’s playable demo has nabbed 1.2 million downloads across PlayStation Network and Xbox Live, Namco Bandai has confirmed.
The playable teaser launched last month and includes two missions – one featuring jets, and the other centring on helicopters.

The flight combat romp hits PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America on October 11, with a European launch following on October 14.
