Alan Wake 2 is scheduled for release on October 27, 2023 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. The game takes place around 13 years since the original game, and sees Wake still trapped in the Dark Place. Meanwhile, newcomer Saga Anderson, an FBI agent, travels to Bright Falls to investigate a series of ritualistic murders that brings her closer to the darkness that has overcome the idyllic settlement.
