Are All the World’s Best Football Teams Committing to EA’s Rebranded Football Game?

eFootball PES2020

There seems to be a lot of excitement around the FIFA franchise right now and the video game is set to end the partnership that they have with the governing body for football. It looks like now it is going to be the end of an era for the media giant as they have confirmed that the series is going to undergo some major changes in the future. EA Sports have also announced that they are going to rebrand their FIFA series and that it is now going to be called EA Sports FC.

This shift signifies the end of a partnership that has spanned over three decades. The media developer who has handled the football games since 1993 has confirmed that the changes would come after the release of FIFA 23 which comes out later in the year. The game series is one of the best-selling franchises of all time and this could mean major changes for football teams.

Are Teams Supportive?

If you look at the world of sports betting you will see that a lot of fans are welcoming of this change, if not a bit uncertain. One thing that has been dragging the games down over the last decade or so is that the games are just too similar to one another. People have been saying that sometimes not enough has been changed since the last game came out and a lot of the graphics are not seeing a huge improvement. In fact, for some players, it would seem that the graphics have gotten worse.

As for teams, it would seem that the teams are being supportive so far as this brings about a lot of creative opportunities for them, but they want to make sure that the same great experience is being delivered. They want to make sure that the clubs, the athletes, the tournaments and the leagues are going to be represented well and that the game does not lose its integrity.

They want to make sure that they are being accurately represented, and now the governing body is no longer involved with the process, it does bring about some concerns. That being said, the new game is not being brought out for quite some time, so there is a lot of room for negotiation and to find out more information about any possible upcoming releases.

The Future of FIFA

So right now, it would seem that the future of FIFA is in the balance a little bit. Although everyone seems to be supportive of the move, it seems like there is a little bit of apprehension about the move and what is to come. The main reason for this is that people love the franchise and that a lot of things need to change in order for it to move forward. There is a fine line between keeping the integrity of the game and making sure that positive changes are made, so it’ll be interesting to see how things progress from here on out.
