Fresh evidence pointing to a new entry in the Army of Two franchise has surfaced on actor Joe Flanigan’s Twitter page.
“Just signed on to do the new AO4 video game for Electronic Arts,” wrote Flanigan, prompting speculation that the game in question is none other than Army of Four.
It’s worth noting that he also indicated the game was some sort of off-shoot of the Battlefield series, though later clarified this was a mistake and both titles are unrelated.
The last entry in the series, Army of Two: The 40th Day, was released in January 2010. Chatter on a sequel has cropped up since, though nothing has ever been confirmed.
