Electronic Arts has confirmed that co-op shoot-‘em-up Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel will be released in the U.S. on March 26, 2013.
The game arrives in Europe on March 29.
Developed by Visceral Games, The Devil’s Cartel is being powered by DICE’s lauded Frostbite 2 engine, and follows the exploits of duo Alpha and Bravo on the streets of Mexico in the middle of a drug war.
The Devil’s Cartel will feature split-screen and online co-op modes, and those of you who pre-order the game will be upgraded to the newly-announced Overkill Edition.
This includes three Overkill Contracts, TAH-9 full automatic handgun, Double D automatic Shotgun, and the Day of the Dead-themed assault rifle, outfit and masks.
