The planned movie adaptation of Assassin’s Creed has hired two new writers to re-draft the film’s script.
Deadline reports that Adam Cooper and Bill Collage are the latest writers to join the project, and are currently working on the George Washington-focused flick, The General.
Assassin’s Creed script was previously drafted by Scott Frank (The Wolverine) and Michael Lesslie, a British playwright.
Not much else is known about the project at present, other than actor Michael Fassbender will be taking on the lead role. Who this will be however, has yet to be divulged.
Assassin’s Creed is scheduled to hit cinemas in August 2015.
