Ubisoft is preparing to launch its first Assassin’s Creed Odyssey live event next week. Starting on October 16, please will be to take on new challenges and earn rewards.
Live Events in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will reward you with currency and are only available to players who are level 30 or higher. The first weekly event will be Epic Ships, followed by Epic Mercenaries the week after. These two challenges will then rotate weekly.
How To Play Epic Ships In Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
You can activate this live event on October 16 from a quest board in-game, or while you’re on a ship. Just look out for the blue Orichalcum emblem next to the name of the quest.
The objective here is to track down a powerful ship. These epic ships will be defended by smaller ships. If you destroy it within the time limit you’ll earn XP, Drachmae and a brand-new ship design.
You’ll also get Orichalcum, a new currency. This can be used to spend at the Oikos of the Olympians with a merchant called Sargon, who stocks a range of Rare, Epic and Legendary gear, as well as many other items.
How To Play Epic Mercenary In Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
In Epic Mercenary, which will be available to play as a live weekly event starting on October 23, players pick up a contract and go on the hunt for a mercenary. Once again it will be a time-limited challenge and you’ll earn Orichalcum to spend with Sargon.
That’s not all! There’s also daily quest and weekly contract to complete.
