Assassin’s Creed Shadows DLC Claws Of Awaji Reportedly Adds Over 10 Hours Of Playtime

Assassin’s Creed Shadows will add over 10 hours worth of playtime as part of its Claws of Awaji expansion, according to the game’s listing on Steam.

The listing confirms that the expansion will be released later this year adds a wealth of extra content such as new gear and abilities, as well as the Bō, which is a traditional Japanese weapon. Here’s the full blurb:

Pre-purchase now to get the Thrown to the Dogs bonus quest available at launch, and the Claws of Awaji expansion, releasing later in 2025. Assassin’s Creed Shadows was originally scheduled for release on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S in November 2024 but was delayed to February 14, 2025. Unfortunately, yesterday Ubisoft announced another delay for the game, with the title now pencilled in to ship on March 20. The game’s developer also recently spoke at length about Assassin’s Creed Shadows’ parkour system, which has seen the series’ traditional controls reshuffled to accommodate new moves.
