Focus Entertainment and Mundfish have announced that Blood on Crystal, the fourth and final slice of DLC for Atomic Heart, will launch on April 16, 2026.
Blood on Crystal promises to deliver a “thrilling, high-stakes conclusion” to Atomic Heart, and sees P-3, the Twin and their comrades venturing deeper into Facility 3826 to face off against CHAR-les in a desperate last effort to save humanity from complete destruction. Players will visit the new Wave Platform and classified Crystal Complex as you unearth the truth behind CHAR-les’ goals.
The DLC will see players face off against brand new enemies in the form of the Polymorphs, described as a “new cast of mysterious beings” that are the result of the inhuman experiments conducted by CHAR-les. These new creatures will force you to adapt your fighting style on the fly, making the most out of your arsenal as you harass the properties of the polymer and assume elemental forms.
Focus Entertainment also announced that Atomic Heart Ultimate Edition will release this spring as a digital download and at retail. You can preorder the limited physical edition now at participating retailers, which features an exclusives steelbook and will launch on March 24. The digital version will arrive alongside Blood on Crystal on April 16.
