Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora might not have won over critics, PSU included, in the way that Ubisoft would have wanted, it has seemingly won over players, at least those who’ve taken the plunge on it so far.
Spotted by Paul Tassi at Forbes, the user score for Frontiers Of Pandora sits at an 8.2/10 on Metacritic, which is higher than pretty much each one of Ubisoft’s major releases in years, going all the way back to Far Cry 4.
The biggest compliment the game is getting is that it just looks amazing. Even players that aren’t entirely enjoying every aspect of Frontiers Of Pandora are in agreement with those who love it that it’s a lovely sight to behold.
However there are a few who love the game in part because of their pre-existing love for the world of James Cameron’s Avatar, and how well Frontiers Of Pandora recreates the far off planet they’ve seen in the films so well.
