The official Backbone Twitter account has teased that something new is in the pipeline, but stopped short of revealing if we’re getting a prequel or sequel.

If you’re not clued up on Backbone, the game takes the form of a noir adventure romp set in a dystopian Vancouver, Canada, only it’s populated by anthropomorphic creatures. The story follows racoon private detective Howard Lotor, as he investigates a series of mysterious throughout the city.
