Batman: Arkham Origins review round-up

Batman: Arkham Origins is the latest addition to the critically-acclaimed Arkham series, which began in 2009 and catapulted the Caped Crusader to mainstream gaming success after a series mediocre efforts. Unlike its predecessors however, Arkham Origins is the first title not to be developed by Rocksteady, who have instead decided to hand the reins to Warner Bros. Montreal.

This time around, we find the Dark Knight hunted by eight deadly assassins on Christmas Eve, in a prequel that takes place before Arkham Asylum. Despite the time shift, Bats still has access to a plethora of weapons and gadgets, and can rely on his acute detective skills to help him along the way.

However, the question remains, can Warner Bros deliver the goods and live up to the exceptional standards set by Rocksteady? Well, the reviews are in, the Internet has spoken, and we’ve got the scores below.

Stay tuned to PSU.com’s review of Arkham Origins soon.
