Ripple Effect Studios has announced the Battlefield 2042 update 1.000.009 patch notes for you to digest, which fixes random crashing issues for the PS5 version of the military shooter. There’s nothing new in terms of content, but it should at least provide a smoother gameplay experience.

There’s zero downtime, so you’ll be good to jump in and play once you have it downloaded at 9AM UTC.
Battlefield 2042 is now available for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. Earlier today, it was confirmed that the next major patch for the shooter has been delayed until March 2022, while Battlefield 2042 Season One has also been pushed back to Summer 2022.
