Electronic Arts has confirmed that Battlefield Hardline, the next entry in its long-running first-person shooter franchise, will be revealed in full during its press conference on June 9 at E3 2014.
Furthermore, fans will be able to watch the annoucement live at 12.00pm PDT via a stream at the official EA website.
Though EA has officially revealed no further details, a leak yesterday via the Better Battlelog forum claims that it will adopt a police theme and feature four classes: Enforcer, Technician, Mastermind and Professional. Game modes will apparently include Team Deathmatch, Heist, Blood Money and Turf War (small and large).
The official reveal image on the Battlefield Hardline website appears to confirm that law enforment will feature in the game, with a S.W.A.T. van appearing amongst the images.
There also appears to be micro-transactions in the form of purchasable weapons and other items, while the Twitter account, @BattlefieldDaily has some leaked images which showcase items, medals, ribbons, vehicles and ranks in the game.
