Post-apocalyptic RPG Fallout 3 has been censored for its impending release in Japanese territories, reports Kotaku.
The website claims that Bethesda’s latest epic has received a number of cuts, most notably in the side quest The Power of the Atom. According to reports, the NPC Mr. Burke has been completely removed from the quest, eliminating the option of detonating the nuclear weapon.
Furthermore, the name of the device has been changed, as its original title was deemed “inappropriate” for the Japanese market. It is currently unknown if any other edits have been made.
Fallout 3 is due out in Japan next month.
