BioWare CEO Ray Muzyka, who, if you last remember, was a strong advocate for a one console future, has paid quite the compliment towards Sony in a recent interview with Play. Muzyka referred to Sony’s console as "a really amazing platform to work on."
Furthermore, Muzyka did state that he’d like to look into developing a MMO in the future for the platform if his studio could overcome some of console gaming’s interface challenges. Just to crush your hopes and dreams, it’s worth mentioning that Star Wars: The Old Republic will remain a PC exclusive.
BioWare does have a tasty RPG in development right now — Mass Effect 2. Unfortunately, that is unlikely to arrive in 2009. For now, we’ll have to make due with the company’s upcoming Dragon Age: Origins, which is scheduled for release later on in the year.
