Dragon Age: Absolution has just been given its first teaser trailer, with a release window set for December 2022, though no date has been specified further.
It’ll be a six episode series, set in Tevinter, it’ll feature a whole new set of characters inspired by Dragon Age, including elves, mages, knights, Qunari, Red Templars, demons, and more.

For Dragon Age fans, it is good to have something to look forward to for this year, as Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, the next title in the storied franchise, won’t be releasing this year.
And since all we know is that it’s due for “not this year”, we can’t really say that it’ll for sure be coming next year either.
In any case, hopefully we’ll be able to hear more about Dreadwolf in 2023, and finally get to see some gameplay as well.
