From Software’s Bloodborne reportedly gave Tokyo Game Show attendees a run for their money last week, with only 40 people managing to successfully complete the game’s demo out of the 1,250 folk who had a crack at it.
Gamers didn’t fare much better at PAX Prime either; out of the 3,500 attendees who tackled the demo, only 20 of those were able to dispatch the demo’s hulking boss, dubbed the Cleric Beast.
Of course, this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, considering the PlayStation 4-exclusive hack-’n-slash title hails from the same studio as the notoriously brutal Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls.
Bloodborne is due out in February 2015, and will receive a Collector’s Edition SKU alongside the standard release.
