Bloodborne update 1.04 is now available to download for PS4 dungeon crawler

Developer From Software has released the latest update for its PlayStation 4-exclusive dungeon crawler, Bloodborne.

Update 1.04 is now up for grabs via the PlayStation Network and incorporates a variety of tweaks, including some changes to the Chalice Dungeon.

Bloodborne now allows gamers to store up to 600 quicksilver bullets and blood vials in the Hunter’s Stream storage, while the update also fixes several bugs associated with the Rifle Spear and Blood Gem Imprints. Rewards from bosses in the Chalice Dungeon have also been buffed up.

In addition, the Chalice Dungeons will cough up Blood Stone Shards at different levels. Specifically, you’ll receive Shards at Depth 1, twin Shards at Depth 2, twin Shards and Chunks at Depth 3, Chunks at Depth 4 and Chunks and Rocks at Depth 5.

Bloodborne was released in late March and has already sold over one million copies worldwide, with Sony confirming that an expansion is currently in development. Read our review of Bloodborne here.
