The Broken Sword series is due to make a triumphant return this year and the good news is that PS Vita will also be getting a slice of the point-and-click action.
Broken Sword: The Serpent’s Curse is the first Broken Sword adventure in six years and the first ever on a PlayStation handheld. The game is born from a Kickstarter appeal by Revolution Software and will now be released on PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, Vita and Android at the end of the year.
Once again, the adventure will follow George Stobbart and Nico Collard as they investigate mysteries goings-on. This time they head across Europe.
The press release reads:
An adventure that will hurl intrepid lawyer George Stobbart and sassy journalist Nico Collard onto the trail of a murderous conspiracy forged in the cauldron of war-torn Europe. A conspiracy whose roots lie in mysteries older than the written word.
Armed only with logic, integrity and a wry sense of humour – can George and Nico outwit evil forces both ancient and modern and save mankind from disaster? From a Curse forged by the Devil himself?
Broken Sword The Serpent’s Curse will be released at the end of 2013.
