Wildflower Interactive, the studio from ex-Naughty Dog Game Director Bruce Straley, will showcase their debut project at The Game Awards 2025.
Straley departed Naughty Dog back in 2017 after 18 years with the studio, and had worked on a number of major projects at the studio, including directing Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, The Last of Us, and Uncharted 4: Among Thieves.
The Game Awards host Geoff Keighely confirmed the news alongside a brief 30-second teaser video, which showcase a cel-shaded visual style set in a lush forest.

Wild Flower Interactive was established back in 2022, where Straley accompanied the announcement with news that the studio was hiring for its debut tile.
“In 2017, I left the industry not sure if I wanted to make games anymore, but the longer I was away I kept thinking about this medium, and everything yet to be done, and everything I wanted to do still,” Straley commented at the time. “And this idea kept following me, so I grabbed some friends and we started prototyping, and the ideas started getting good. It started becoming exciting again. And I realized, I need to make this game.”
