A recent entry on Twitter.com by Criterion Games producer Matt Webster has revealed that Burnout Paradise will be receiving yet another downloadable content pack this week in the form of the Boost Specials Collection Pack.
This new batch of DLC will feature two new vehicles – the Hawker Mech and the Carson Extreme Hotrod. While the company flooded the market with free content throughout the first year of the game’s release, it seems as though the paid content is now having its time in the limelight. As ever, you’ll be able to download the content via the weekly PSN update this Thursday.
Both cars can be purchased together for a slightly high $5 USD, or separately for $2.99 USD a piece. So far, we’ve loved everything Criterion has had to offer for Burnout Paradise and hopefully other titles will start to implement a similar style of post-release content.
