The multiplayer lobby for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be transformed from the traditional look. In the Virtual Lobby, players will be able to hover over each other’s character to see their set-up and achievements in detail.
It’s basically giving players the platform to show-off about just how good they are, or a way to get taunted for their paltry achievements, with fellow players able to see each other’s XP progression, loadouts, gear, weapons and Supply Drop rewards in all their glory.
eSports options have also been enhanced with the confirmation of Hardpoint, Capture The Flag and round-based Domination modes, as well as ranked playlists, LAN lobbies and a private match rule-set value slider.
Further details are expected to be revealed closer to launch.
