Microsoft has confirmed after much speculation that Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will indeed be a day one Game Pass title, revealing the news alongside a brand new live-action trailer for the military shooter.
The format holder issued the following statement on Xbox Wire regarding Call of Duty Black Ops 6:
We’re excited to confirm that Game Pass members will be able to jump into Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on day one with Game Pass. As revealed last week, we will have a special Xbox Games Showcase followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Direct on June 9, 2024, at 10am PT, where we’ll share even more details on what’s coming in this all-new Call of Duty. Get eyes on the first in-depth look at gameplay in this dark new chapter of the Black Ops series.

Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is expected to launch during the latter half of the year on PlayStation, PC, and Xbox formats, and a recent listing for the game on GameStop has suggested that we will be getting a PS4 version of the game, despite many assuming Call of Duty would finally be going current-gen only.
