The Farm 51 has announced that Chernobylite will launch for PS4 and Xbox One on September 7, 2021, following shortly on the heels of the PC edition on July 28 for Steam and Epic Games Store.
You can have a gander at the latest trailer to accompany the news.
The team announced the release date in a new post on the Chernobylite Kickstarter page.
Forgive us for the lengthy break in our updates. We’ve been genuinely busy tying up all loose ends in our project, implementing improvements, fixing bugs, preparing the marketing campaign, etc. You know how it goes. It was exhausting and sometimes nerve-wracking, however, the hard work paid off, and we’re finally at the finish line. But enough with the self-pity party 😉 Now for the really important news.
Chernobylite will see the light of day in its final form next week on the 28th of July on Steam, GOG, and Epic store. Console aficionados will get to play the game on PS4 and Xbox One on the 7th of September.

Chernobylite will also be receiving a physical release on the PS4 to accompany the digital version, so keep that in mind if you prefer grabbing your games on disc. The PS5 version of the game is still in the pipeline although is currently without a release date.
