IGN’s caught wind that the PlayStation 3 version of Child of Eden won’t arrive until September 2011.
The Rez successor will release on Xbox 360 in the U.S. on June 14, though it now seems Ubisoft’s shoved the PS3 version out of its summer slot and into fall.
Child of Eden has players blasting their way through five vibrant worlds, each one offering its own unique, eye-popping aesthetic to gawp at.
In a similar vein to Dreamcast cult hit Rez, you’ll target and shoot down heaps of objects that explode into musical effects, with each level changing on subsequent replays depending on your playing style.
