CI Games has revealed in a financial report that a sequel to Lords of the Fallen is now in development at Hexworks.
According to the report, the new Lords of the Fallen game will incorporate improved gameplay, a “more commercial” art style and narrative, and “elevated production values.” In addition, the sequel will feature shared progression and co-operative multiplayer and single player campaign.

The new Lords of the Fallen is currently pencilled in for release in 2026, with more info due to be revealed next year. Beyond that, CI Games has two other projects in the pipeline, both which are in pre-production. One of these is the next Sniper Ghost Warrior title, which is targeting a 2027 launch, while hate there is an action-RPG known as Project H from Underdog Studio.
The Lords of the Fallen was originally released for PS4 and Xbox One in 2014, with its follow-up, Lords of the Fallen, arriving last year for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S after numerous setbacks during development.
