Cities Skylines is one of the many titles compatible with the PS5 thanks to backwards compatibility, and in doing so, gives the game a number of advantages over the PS4 version of the game.
One of the key advantages of popping the disc into your PS5 is that Cities Skylines manages to stick closer to the 60 FPS cap more frequently than the PS4 version. You can see the game running smooth as butter in the video below.
This probably isn’t too surprising, as a number of games benefit from simply playing them on the PS5 even if they don’t have a dedicated version of the game for Sony’s new home console.
